We do our best to see new and existing clients as soon as possible, and same-day appointments are often available. Check our online booking for the next available time, or call us on (07) 3110 8980 and our team will help find a spot that suits you.

No, you don't need a referral to see a chiropractor, so you can book directly. If you have a chronic health condition, your GP may be able to refer you under a Chronic Condition Management Plan, which provides a Medicare rebate for up to five allied health visits a year. Just ask your GP whether you're eligible.

Bring your health fund card if you have one, any referral or GP plan, and any recent scans or reports that might be relevant. Wear comfortable clothing you can move in. For babies and young children, please bring your child's red book, plus anything that helps them feel settled, like a favourite toy, a dummy, or feeding supplies. First appointments take a little longer than follow-ups, so allow some extra time.

Fees depend on the type of appointment and who it's for. Please contact us or call (07) 3110 8980, and our friendly team will be happy to talk you through fees and help you find the right appointment.

Most private health extras policies include chiropractic cover. You can claim on the spot at our clinic, so you only pay the gap. How much you get back depends on your fund and level of cover, so it's worth checking with your health fund before your visit.

Everyone is different, so the number of visits varies from person to person. At your first appointment, we'll take a thorough history and look at your posture, movement and goals, then talk you through a suggested plan. We'll check in on how you're going along the way and adjust the plan to suit you.

Chiropractors are registered health professionals who assess and care for the spine, joints and muscles. Depending on your needs, care may include gentle hands-on techniques, soft tissue work, mobility and strengthening exercises, and advice on posture, ergonomics, sleep and everyday habits. Where appropriate, our chiropractors can also offer nutrition and supplement guidance to support your overall wellbeing.

Care for children looks very different from care for adults. Our chiropractors use gentle, low-force techniques adapted to each child's age, size and comfort. Our lead chiropractor, Dr Jade Harrison, is recognised by the Australian College of Chiropractic Paediatrics as an Advanced Paediatric Chiropractor. We'll always walk you through what we're doing and why, and you're welcome to ask questions every step of the way.

Most people find adjustments comfortable. You may hear a gentle popping sound, which is simply gas being released from the joint, and some people notice mild soreness afterwards, which usually settles quickly. Care for babies and children uses much gentler techniques and doesn't involve this kind of adjustment. If anything feels uncomfortable, just let us know.

Looking after your body between visits makes a real difference to how you feel. Your chiropractor may suggest stretches or exercises, along with everyday habits like good posture, regular movement, supportive shoes, quality sleep, staying hydrated and eating well.

Cracking your own back won't cause arthritis, despite the old saying. But when you crack your own back, you tend to move the joints that already move easily, while stiffer areas stay stiff. If you often feel the urge to crack your back, it's worth having it checked so we can look at what's going on.

Yes. Alongside hands-on care, we can give you practical advice on posture, movement, exercise and everyday habits to help you understand and look after your body. Your chiropractor will talk with you about what ongoing support, if any, makes sense for you.

Yes. Our chiropractors and psychologists work under one roof, so families can access both physical and mental health support in one place. With your consent, our practitioners can share information and work together on your care.
