At The Village Health Collective, we’re on the lookout for a Casual Client Care Officer (CCO) to join our team. This role is all about creating a smooth, friendly experience for families, keeping things running behind the scenes, and supporting our clinicians so they can focus on care.

What Does The Role Involve?

  • Welcoming families and ensuring they feel comfortable and supported

  • Managing reception duties with professionalism and a warm smile

  • Handling bookings, payments, and client records with accuracy

  • Answering phones, emails, and messages in a timely manner

  • Helping the clinical team and practice manager with the little things that keep the clinic running smoothly

Who You Are:

While no prior healthcare experience is required, administration or reception experience will be an advantage. More importantly, you are:
